Arthur has been a carpenter in the building industry for over 20 years. After completing his apprenticeship, Arthur went on to open his own carpentry business which experienced extremely rapid growth in local demand. His experience in high-end second fix installation has seen him work with large building companies, small developers, and owner-builders. In his newest role as co-director at ASPEC Homes, Arthur is able to utilise his business mind, with a strong focus on time management & quality control.
Sam Kallios
Director, Administration Manager & Estimator
Sam has extensive knowledge in accounting, administration & information technology. Sam is responsible for all of the day-to-day accounts ensuring all of the Sub-contractors & Suppliers are paid on time. Sam has been involved in the building industry for over 30 years & assists the whole team in ensuring the complete process runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the other team members to concentrate on the Building Component.
Peter Andonopoulos
Director & Site Supervisor
Originally employed as a brick layer, our third director, Peter, found his passion when working in the residential and low rise sector of the building industry. His 25 years of experience has armed him with much sought after site management and coordination skills, with his work in commercial, multi row and residential construction where he managed renovations, extensions and new developments. Peter’s attention to details ensures all Aspec Homes are completed to the highest standard.
